About Patty
Patty Heagy is a loan officer with Lancaster Mortgage. Since entering the real estate industry in 1988, she has aquired much experience in all aspects of the business from real estate sales and marketing, training, settlement services and mortgage lending. With LMSC since 2000, she enjoys helping her clients fulfill their dreams of homeownership. Working with a variety of programs from first-time buyers to new construction loans, Patty is there every step of the way to ensure a pleasurable transaction. She resides in Hempfield with her husband Vern and three daughters. She enjoys relaxing with her children, reading, taking walks, playing piano and scuba diving in warm, tropical places.
